국세청은 지난 5월 근로장려금 정기신청(2020년 소득분)을 마무리 했지만, 미처 신청하지 못한 가구를 위해 ‘기한 후 신청’ 안내문을 1일 발송했다. 

 

이에 따르면, 올해 11월 30일까지 신청기한이며, 12월부터는 신청을할수없으므로 기한내에 꼭 신청해야 한다.

 

신청방법은자동응답전화, 손택스, 홈택스로 신청할 수 있고, 모바일 안내문*을 열람하여 ‘신청하기’를 누르면 ‘손택스앱 ’에 바로 연결되어 쉽게 신청할 수 있다.

*서면 안내문에서 QR코드를 스캔해도 손택스 앱에 자동 연결

①자동응답전화: 1544-9944로 전화하여 음성안내에 따라 신청

②손택스: 스마트폰에서 ‘손택스앱 ’을 내려받아 신청

③홈택스: 인터넷(www.hometax.go.kr)에서 접속

※신청 안내문을 받지 못한 경우에도, 본인이 신청요건을 충족한다고 판단되면 홈택스에서 신청할 수 있음

 

심사 및 지급시기는 11월 30일까지 신청하시면 장려금 심사를 빨리 진행하여 내년 1월 말에 지급할 예정이다. <※ 기한 후 신청은 산정된 금액의 90%를 지급함(조특법제100의7②)>

근로･자녀장려금,「기한 후 신청」대상

1.「기한 후 신청」도입 취지

5월 정기신청 기간에 장려금 신청을 놓친 가구를 위해 2014년에 도입하였으며, 6월 1일부터 11월 30일까지(6개월간) ‘기한 후 신청’을 하면 심사를 한 후 지급하고 있다.

 

2. 신청대상

가구 유형에 따라 소득.재산요건을 모두 충족해야 한다.

○ (가구유형) 배우자･부양가족 유무에 따라 단독･홑벌이･맞벌이가구로 구분하며, 1가구에서 1명만 신청할 수 있다.

홑벌이가구	배우자(총급여액 등이 3백만원 미만)나 부양자녀 또는 70세 이상 직계존속이 있는 가구(각각 연간 소득금액이 1백만원 이하)
맞벌이가구	신청인과 배우자 각각의 총급여액 등이 3백만원 이상인 가구

○ (소득요건)2020년에 근로, 사업 또는 종교인 소득이 있고, 부부 합산 연간 총소득*이 기준금액 미만이어야 한다.

* 근로･사업･종교인소득 및 이자･배당･연금･기타소득 포함

* 자녀장려금은 18세 미만(중증장애인은 연령제한 없음)의 부양자녀가 있어야 함

○ (재산요건) 2020.6.1. 현재 부동산.전세금.자동차.예금 등 가구원 전체의 재산 합계액이 2억원 미만이어야 하고 부채는 차감하지 않는다.

근로･자녀장려금 신청방법

1. 자동응답(ARS)전화: 1544-9944(이용시간: 06시~24시)

근로장려금 신청 안내문*을 받은 경우, 1544-9944로 전화하여 자동응답전화 음성안내에 따라 신청한다.

* 모바일안내문 발송(11.1.), 서면안내문 발송(11.12.) 예정

○ ①주민등록번호와 ②개별인증번호*를 입력 후, 신청(1번)을 누르고, ③휴대전화번호를 입력한 후 안내에 따라 ④계좌 또는 현금 수령을 선택하면 신청이 완료된다.

* 국세청에 수록된 신청자의 전화번호에서 전화하면 개별인증번호 입력이 생략됨

 

< 자동응답전화 신청 절차 >

2. 모바일 안내문에서 바로 신청(손택스, 이용시간: 06시~24시)

카카오톡.문자메시지로 받은 ①모바일 안내문을 열람하고 ②본인인증 후, ③‘신청하기’ 버튼을 누른다.

○ 손택스 신청 화면에서 ④주민등록번호 뒤 7자리를 입력 후, 연락처와 환급계좌번호를 확인하고 신청을 종료한다.

* 기존의 모바일 안내문은 단순히 신청 정보만 제공했으나 안내문에서 바로 장려금 신청이 가능하도록 개선했다.
