국세청, 부이사관 승진 및 전보 실시

인사 주요 내용

○국세청은 ’22.11.1.字로 서기관 3명을 부이사관으로 승진시키고, 부이사관 1명을 수시 전보하는 간부급 인사를 실시하였음

○이번 인사는 김창기 국세청장 취임 후 첫 부이사관 승진인사로 그동안의 업무성과와 노력도를 적극 반영하였으며,

- 지난 8～9월 고위 승진과 10월말 과장급 명예퇴직으로 발생한 결원을 신속히 충원하여, ｢국민의 국세청, 신뢰받는 국세행정｣을 적극 구현하고자 함

이번 인사의 특징

○(국세청 최초 ‘사시 출신’ 부이사관 배출) 이번에 부이사관으로 승진한 윤성호 서기관은 사법고시 44회로 ’09년 국세청에 임용되었으며, 사시 출신이 부이사관으로 승진한 것은 개청이래 처음임

- 이는, 묵묵히 헌신하며 맡은 바 소임에 열정을 다하면 임용구분에 관계없이 중용하겠다는 인사원칙을 정립한 것임

- 윤성호 부이사관은 변호사 자격을 가진 전문가로, 날로 중요해지는 조세소송이나 세법해석 분야에서 탁월한 성과를 올렸으며

향후에도 국세청의 납세자 권리보호나 공정한 과세업무에 중요한 역할을 할 것으로 기대함
